Guardian Power Systems
Spectra Industrial Ltd are proud to present The Guardian Power Systems range of products. Guardian Power Systems consist of a comprehensive range of generators which are of world class standard in their design and performance.
- We pay special attention to environmental factors when we design our Genset. Our products have been certified with the US California Air Resources Board certificate. The US Environmental Protection Agency certificate and European CE Emissions certificate.
- We use advanced equipment to lower the noise level by 15-35 dB(A)
- Anti-vibration mounting keeps the vibration of the Genset under control, lowering noise emissions whilst increasing the lifespan of the Genset.
- Our gensets have world-famous Cummins brand engines.
- Coupled with Stamford alternators, the gensets are of the highest quality.
- The efficient cooling system allows for noise reduction with affecting genset output.
- 3 Phase balance load, maximum aberration rate of line voltage <=0.5%
- The soundproof outer shell is waterproof and dustproof protecting the genset from even the moist harsh environment.
- The design, production and testing of our gensets conform with national standards GM/T2820-97 and European CE safety standards.
- The gensets are equipped with a monitoring system and emergency stop system.
- If the emergancy stop system is triggered, the circuit cuts off so there is no risk of electric shock when restarting the genset.
- Fan guard and heatproof guard ensures the genset operator is protected.
- The external terminal access on the bottom of the genset is waterproof and dustproof.
- Compact in size, the gensets are easy to lift and take up minimal space.
- Forklift operation slots at the base of the genset make it easy to lift and load onto a trailer or truck.
- With doors and a control panel monitoring window, the gensets are easily accessible for installation, monitoring, maintenance and operation. The control panel can be locked when in use or not running.
- The control system has terminal block cables which can be connected via the bottom of the genset.
- Apparent output: refers to the outcome of combined actions of the current, which equals active power/the power factor.
- Standby output: refers to the maximum output of varying load when under stand-by and emergency conditions.
- Prime output: refers to the continuous output of varying load, permits 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hours running.
